I also see this lesson in my father. At almost 91, he doesn’t follow a workout plan. Instead, he stays active through daily tasks like mowing the lawn, gardening, vacuuming, and caring for the house.

These ordinary activities may seem small, but together they keep him strong, flexible, and energized. He’s proof that daily movement is powerful, allowing him to remain healthier and more active than many people decades younger.

I see this truth in my own life, and I see it in my father, who is still active, strong, and independent at 91. His example shows that moving every day keeps us healthier and younger, even well into our 90s.
