As an Asian, I’ve been blessed with genes that help me maintain a youthful appearance. For years, people have mistaken me for someone much younger, and I was even carded well into my early 40s! However, those days are behind me as I approach my sixties. It’s hard to believe how quickly time flies.
Despite the age on my ID, I still feel like I’m in my thirties, both mentally and physically. I currently have no health issues and enjoy an active lifestyle. I love hiking, taking daily walks, biking, and traveling the world. These activities not only keep me fit but also bring me joy and a sense of adventure.
I still get compliments on how young I look, which always feels great! People often say I look at least ten years younger. My parents also age well, especially my dad, who is almost 90 and still full of energy.
While good genes help, I truly believe that the way we live plays a big role in how we age. The right habits can help anyone naturally look younger and feel their best!

Aim for 7-9 hours each night to prevent dark circles, dull skin, and fatigue. For me, getting a full 8 hours makes a huge difference in how I look and feel.
